Eligibility criteria for MNC company will be vary from company to compnay.TCS , CTS ,IBM ,WIPRO , INFOSYS is the top most MNC company in the World.

I have provide the eligibility criteria for various software companies.........

WIPRO want just 50% in through out career but your B-TECH marks must be 60%.

TCS and CTS want 60% marks in through out career.

INFOSYS and IBM want 65% through out career.

Pending Backlog candidate are not applicable for Any software companies.

Maximum 2 years gap in through out career are applicable for MNC companies.

So the eligibility criteria is not fixed , it will be vary from company to company.

The main criteria for the IT MNCs like TCS,INFOSYS,WIPRO,IBM,COGNIZANT,ACCENTURE etc are as follows:
You should have B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc IT etc from a recognised university.

You should not have a study gap of more than 1year.Some companies allows 2years as well but most prefer 1 year gap and not more than that.

Well MNCs earlier preferred 50-60%. Now mostly the MNCs want an average of 60-65% or even 70% and above(just for your 10th standard and 12th standard marks). But there are quite a few companies who offer a cut-off of 55% and above in your aggregate So make your target for 60% mainly. 60% all through will give quite a good impetus in most companies. Cognizant and IBM, in fact the best MNCs, offer a cut-off of 60% and more mostly. Sometimes Kolkata branch of Cognizant offers 55% cut-off all through in your academical career, that is, right from your 10th standard to graduation and above. you can go for Accenture also. This can be the next best option to try for.So go and try.
