    Following is the step to step procedure for HR recruitment:
    • Identifying the vacancy:
      The recruitment process begins with the human resource department receiving requisitions for recruitment from any department of the company
    • Preparing the job description and person specification.
    • Locating and developing the sources of required number and type of employees (Advertising etc).
    • Short-listing and identifying the prospective employee with required characteristics.
    • Arranging the interviews with the selected candidates.
    • Conducting the interview and decision making

    Hello Friend

    1)To get a job in private companies the candidate will need to get the 60 percent marks in their graduation.

    2)The private companies will Recruit the candidates first conduct the written exam.

    3)One who eligible for the written exam they will eligible for the Group discussion.

    4)After Group Discussion they will face the Technical Interview.

    5)In the Technical Interview they will ask the question in the subject.

    6)After that they will ask the personally means personal Interview.
