    Descriptive Test Syllabus

    Descriptive test carries 50 marks. Descriptive test is of 1 hour. Its syllabus includes

     Letter Writing
     Essay Writing
    The candidates are required to qualify in the Descriptive Test by securing passing marks, to be decided
    by the Bank.

    Hello Friend

    The education qualification is Graduation in any recognized university.

    The total post will be released 98 in India wide.

    The online application will be closed on 11 July 2013.

    Phase 1 online exam objective type.

    This paper consists of 3 hours duration for 200 marks will be held pm the august 17

    The syllabus is

    English Language

    quantitative aptitude


    General Awareness.

    Phase 2 Written examination descriptive type.

    This exam will be conducted by October or November only for those candidates who are shortlisted for the exam.

    Paper 1 English

    Paper 2 Economic and social issues and

    Paper 3 Finance and management

    Each of the above paper is of 3 hours duration carrying 100 marks.

    Hello Friend,

    RBI(Reserve Bank Of India) had announces the Recruitment of Officers Posts by conducting an Entrance Exam. As, It was India's largest bank which offers good pay scale.

    As, RBI exam lasts for 2 hours with total of 200 marks from five sections. where each section holds 40 questions and there will be 1/4th negative marks for each wrong answer As, test is of multiple choice type.

    Syllabus for RBI:

    English - Grammar, Comprehension, Vocabulary etc...,
    Numerical Ability - Data Interpretation, graphs, Probability, Simple and Compound Interests etc.....,
    General Awareness - Current affairs, Finance and Economical events etc....,
    Computer Knowledge - basics, hardware and networking concepts etc...,

    SBI(State Bank of India) announces recruitment according to vacancies over SBI branches from all over India every year.As, the Exam pattern for SBI is almost comparable with RBI.

    As, SBI Exam consists of two phases where Phase I will be written Exam and Phase II will be of Personal Interview. Written Exam consists of 200 questions from 4 sections where each section holds 50 questions and also there will be negative marking of 1/4th will be deducted for each wrong answer and duration of the exam will be last for 3 hours.

    Syllabus For SBI:

    English - Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.,
    General Awareness about Marketing and Computers
    Data Analysis and Interpretation

    After, qualifying the written Exam the selected candidates will be called for an Personal Interview/Group Disucssion.

    Preparation Tips:

    1) Be Confident at your Exam, Collect previous Years question papers from web and practice over them.
    2) Attend Mock test for early preparation of the Exam.
    3) work hard on weaker sections of your Knowledge and try to improve them.
    4) Also, learn management of the Exam time.
    5) Get, study materials from Stationary and practice over them.

    Brief syllabus for RBI po's :

    a) Test of Reasoning :

    -- verbal

    --- Non Verbal

    b) English

    It covers all the grammar part including Parts of speech , Comprehension, etc

    c)Quantitative Aptitude

    d)General awareness

    It includes lot of syllabus and are given as follows

    -- Current affairs

    -- Sports

    -- Five year plans

    -- Awards and Honors

    -- Books and Authors

    -- Important days

    This year RBI has issued notification for the recruitment of Assistants. The last date of registration has been passed and the last date of exam is 27th july but still i would like you to tell the the eligibility conditions that you must fulfill to apply for its entrance which you can take care for the next year-
    1. Age criteria is primary. you must be between 18-28 years of age.
    2. Completed you graduation form any recognized university with at least 50%. Final year students cannot apply.
    3. Basic knowledge of computers should be there.
    4. IBPS common exam scores are not required.

    EXAM PATTERN consist of subjects like-
    • Computers
    • Reasoning
    • General Awraeness
    • Numerical Ability and
    • English.
    It will be a 200 marks online test. All questions will be objective type. Negative marking is also there and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. So, be very selective with the question you choose to answer for.

    Next year if you plan to apply then you can apply online through the official website of RBI like this year.

    Here is the syllabus for the RBI examination:-

    1. Phase - 1 On-line examination (Objective type).

    2. Phase - 2 Written examination ( Descriptive type).

    Phase-1 online examination consists of:-
