hello friend..!!
->this whole depends upon you and your interest.
->Both the fields are good and have bright future.
->CSE stands for computer science and engineering and ECE stands for electronics and communication engineering.
->in both the fields there are lots of jobs.
->CSE is good for girls.
thank u!!
My dear friend i want to tell you that the scope for both ECE and CSE is same and both are having a lot of opportunities for good and secure future. Both of these provide a wide range of opportunities in private sector. The talk that you have heard that ECE is tough is a bit right because it do involve the study of various electronic circuits. On the other hand CSE involves Programming Languages which are easy once you understand the logic. But Both these fields are very bright and provide a vast range of options in the private sector. Now it is all upto you. You can choose the one which suits you the best and in which you are interested.
Thanks.
Hai Friend,
when you want to choose between CSE and ECE,the things you need to consider are your Interest, the field u would like to prefer in future and the motto in taking up engineering domain..
It is just a false conception that ECE is a tough course.ECE is a wonderful course indeed that allows u to work in wide range of domains, say for example after completing B.tech with ece as ur stream u can work in the following domains..
* semiconductors
*VLSI
*speech and signal processing
*telecom domain
*IC designing etc..
depending on ur interest, whereas if u join CSE u gotto work in different programming languages like C,c++,java,.net etc..But remember,ur scope will be basically developing a software,,thats it..why people say cse course is easy compared to cse is basically u have to be working on Programming languages..and if u have MASTERED THE LOGIC,then learning a programming language is quite easy
but the case with ECE is quite different and more promising..u will get a chance to work with the cutting edge technologies depending on the domain..
Software/IT industry welcomes both CSE and ECE students..but if ur interest is to get into public sector, government jobs then ECE is much preferable ..u will be having wonderful opportunities in DRDO(defence reasearch development org),ISRO,NTPC(National Thermal power corporation),ECIL (electronic corporation of india limited)etc..
if you join these orgs then you are in a way serving the country and the people(the actual motto of being an engineer).also, the software giants like INFOSYS have 60% of their engineers from non-computer science background. So,first check urself, regarding the domain u r comfortable,ur future plans and then go with the branch..
even,if you prefer to join private sector there are telecom giants like SASKEN communication technologies that have ample of opportunities for ECE engineers
If you would like to pave ur way in Software industry, then CSE would be ur immediate choice..
personally i would suggest ECE since it is an ever-green branch..In the coming 10 years 80 billion dollars are to be invested in Research and development in communication engineering as per Business today's survey..
There is a great future for Communication industry in the coming years..
All the best..
Dear Friend
Both the branches EC or CSE have a good scope..so you can go for the either of the branches..
It depends on your comfort level with programming languages like C,C++...
Its your choice to go for the branch..
there are lot of job opportunities in the private and public sectors for both the branches..
ALL THE BEST
dear friend,
Engineering in any stream in which you have interested you must be go for those field for which what you want to do in future,..
BUt in the both ECE and CSE you must have choose the ECE .
In the ECE you have stusy about the both electronics and computer software and hardware fields so you can go for the job posts under the electronics and software companies...
But in the CSE fields you only study about the software and hardware so you can get the job posts in SOftware companies as a software engineer job posts ...
SO If you have study in ECE you can go for any fields in which you want and you can cover up the job posts which in CSE fields ..
for the ECE students has more extra jobs in which you can apply ..
Best of luck !
HI.........
Frend it really tough to say that which field is better because ther are same opportunities in both the fields.
but it depend on you that how you perform, and which is your interest. you will definitly perform well in the field which you like.
To be good in CSE you shold have good logics and ECE is based on various type of circuits.
What I think is ECE has one advantage that you can go in software field form ECE so you have more chances but again it totally depend on you.
you have to atleast chose what you like.
so good luck for stream you will go.
Hi guest, Both the courses of engineering is superb and have various job opportunities. CSE i.e computer science engineering deals with the programming languages and it's aspects whereas ECE i.e electronics and communication engineering mainly focus on electronic circuits. There is nothing like ECE is tougher than CSE, it wholly depends on your interest. If you work hard and study well every thing will be easier. After completing ECE or CSE , you would have various job offers from public and government sectors companies. Best of luck.![]()
Different options are available for an engineering degree. Selecting a specialization should be based on certain factors.
>> First and foremost is your taste and interest. Civil degree can get you huge opportunities in the middle east. But without an interest in the subject, you can't get a job satisfaction or sometimes it will become difficult to complete the course itself. So, find your taste first.
As you are in between CSE and ECE, i think that these are your final two options.
Computer Science Engineering
This specialization of engineering deals with the computers. Both hardware and software technologies are taught in which the software side is given a slight more importance than the hardware. Interest in programming is required if you wish to join this course.
Electronics and Communication Engineering
Electronics part is given more importance. Micro processors, programming, communication etc are included in its syllabus. If you are interested in electronics with good logics, ECE is your best option.
On comparing the job opportunities, A CSE graduate has openings mostly in the software field. But students form other branches like ECE, EEE are also given equal importance in software openings during the campus placements.
You have inquired about the toughness in subjects and opportunities in the public sector.
Toughness
If you are not interested in a field, then it will be tough for you. Most of the engineering specializations are equal in its toughness. What matters is your interest !!
Public sector jobs
On the first, I can say that public sector jobs are more for ECE candidates. But CSE candidates can also get public sector jobs. If a CSE graduate needs a public sector job in his core area, certain other certifications has to be completed. On comparing both, ECE has an upper hand in getting a public sector job in the core field easily.
My dear friend i want to tell you that the scope for both ECE and CSE is same and both are havinga lot of opportunities for good and secure future.* semiconductors*VLSI*speech and signal processing*telecom domain*IC designing etc..depending on ur interest, whereas if u join CSE u gotto work in different programming languages like C,c ,java,.net etc..But remember,ur scope will be basically developing a software,,thats it..why people saycse course is easy compared to cse is basically u have to be working on Programming languagesthere are lot of job opportunitiesin the private and public sectors for both the branches..ALL THE BEST
