As you are in 2th,try your best to get into IITs.Do not think of course now and think of college.Get into the main IITs or NITs or State govt colleges. From there, even if you opt for the worst course, you will have much better chance to grab a good cvareer spot in future. It is foolishness to go for good course but from private colleges. If you have the choice, then it would be advisable to go for Mechanical stream.Computers and aeronautical is also good. But the beauty of mechanical is you can get jobs on any day in any sector. You will have plenty of opportunities in Private as well as govt sector.Even after passing with a mechanical degree, you can go to both Software or in your own stream. But it is not possible Vice versa. If you have interest in computers or softwares, then utilise your interest in mechanical stream softwares and excel.
    Think and decide.All the best...

    dear,
out of mechanical , aeronautics and computer you should go for mechanical branch
because after doing b.tech in this branch you have options for core companies and also have a great chance to be recruited
in government sector companies. you can excell a lot in mechanical department.
the good colleges for this department are the government colleges
all the best for your future

In engineering branches every stream has its own importance
    Every branch has job opportunities

    Mechanical, Computers & Aeronautical engineerig
These three are very good branches

    But

With computer engineering you can get
    software jobs
    government jobs
    Bank jobs
    Lecturer jobs in government colleges
    Technical jobs in government sector
    Defense jobs

With Mechanical branch you can apply for the jobs in core companies along with the above jobs

With aeronautical engineering also you can apply for the above jobs and the jobs relating to aeronautics companies

So choose the branch accoeding to your interest

    All the best

The selection of branches depends on the college where you are going to study. If you are able to clear the entrance exam and opt for top IIT like IIT madras, kanpur, bombay, delhi, then go for computer science. This willyield you high paid jobs during campus placement. Out of all branches in IITs CSE gets the highest pay by companies like Google,Facebook,Microsoft,Kaspersky ,Samsung etc.
But if you are unable to get an IIT , then go for Mechanical . It is an evergreen subject having job demands all over the world. If you are unable to get a job here you can easily try abroad. As long as development undergoes Mechanical Engineering graduates will be in demand.
Aeronautics has not evolved so well till now but its shows greta potential in the future. But believing in this future potential may ruin your life. The job demands are very less and only selective industries offer them.
