    hie i m vertika saxena.i m doing b.com.its my second year.i want to know about the clerical jobs for me in banks?

    You can apply for the IBPS BANK Clersk exams
    IBPS conducts the Clerks exams for 20 Government banks
    Its conducts common written tests and interviews for 20 banks

    Eligibilty for the IBPS BANK CLERKS exams:
    Min educational qualifications is Graduation Pass
    Age should be between 20 and 28 years
    OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations


    You can apply for the SBI Clerks exams if you meet the below eligibity conditions:

    Education:
    12th pass with minimum 60% marks for the General and OBC candidates
    Minimum 55% marks in class 12th for the SC/ST/PWD Candidates

    Or

    Graduation Pass in any stream
    No minimum marks is required in Graduation

    Age-
    Minimum 18 years
    Maximum -28 years
    OBC candidates can apply till 31 years
    SC/ST candidates can apply till 33 years

    Well, if you are interested in the banking sector then you have to sit for IBPS or Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Clerical exam in India. The following is the eligibility criteria for IBPS Clerical exam,

    1. You must be a citizen of India.
    2. Age limit should be 20-28 years.ForSC/ST 5 years age relaxation and for OBC 3 years age relaxation.
    3. You must be a graduate from a recognized university in India.
    4. You should be proficient with computer.
    5. English language skills and local language knowledge is a must.

    IBPS is an organization which conducts the recruitment the employees in 19 Government sector banks

    But State bank of India conducts its recruitment by own

    The eligibility for clerk exam conducted by the above banks are as follows

    Eligibility for IBPS clerk exam :

    The candidate should have graduated from a recognized university
    The candidate should have a certificate in computer operations/languages
    The age limit should be within 20 - 28 years
    Age relaxation is applicable for the reservation candidates as per government rules

    Eligibility for SBI clerk exam:

    Qualification needed is Intermediate with more than 60% marks (55% for SC/ST)
    The age limit should be within 18 - 28 years
    Age relaxation is applicable as per rules

    The written exam contains the following syllabus

    1. General awareness
    2. English language
    3. Quantitative aptitude
    4. Reasoning ability
    5. Computer knowledge

    Each section is for 40 marks and you have to get a minimum cutoff score in each section and in total to be qualified
    The qualified candidates will be called for the interview
    The selected candidates in the interview will be appointed in the jobs

    For SBI , Clerical posts you have to fulfills the below Eligibility criteria

    Just look below i have wrote clerical and P.O post information and eligibility.

    Eligibility criteria for Bank exam:

    Public sector Banks:

    PO : 20 to 30 years.
    Clerical: 20 to 28 years.

    SBI Banks:

    PO: 21 to 30 years.
    Clerical: 18 to 28 years.

    Education qualification:

    Candidate must be completed Degree from a recognized University

    dear aspirant

    as you are a 2nd your graduation student you can apply for all clerical bank exams after completion of graduation,

    you can apply for following exams :

    IBPS CLERK EXAM
    SBI CLERK EXAM
    IBPS PO EXAM
    SBI PO EXAM

    for sbi clerk you can even apply after passing class 12th also ,

    eligibility for sbi clerk :

    must have completed 12th with minimum 60%

    or

    must have completed graduation
    age limit is 18-28 years
    3 year relaxation for obc students
    5 year relaxation for sc/st students

    for above exams education qualification is graduation in any stream
    no minimum requirement of marks
    age limit is 20-30 years
    age relaxation of 3 years for obc students
    5 year relaxation for sc/st students
