    Career in Banking after 60% in 12th and being a 18 years old?

    i am non mad student i got 60% in 12 i am 18 years old nd i want best career in banking . plz tell me how i can got a best job in banking

    To start your career in banking sector,first of all you should have minimum graduation as qualification.Based on graduation you can apply for different positions in banking sector like clerk posts,PO posts.

    Eligibility criteria for clerk posts in banking sector:-

    1)Age limit is 20-28 years
    2)Qualification required is graduation from recognized university

    Eligibility criteria for PO posts in banking sector:-

    1)Age limit is 20-30 years
    2)Qualification required is graduation from recognized university.

    IBPS conducts a common written exams for 20 public sector banks for clerk posts,PO posts,specialist officers posts.SBI is only bank which conducts the own written exam.According to SBI 2012 recruitment,10+2 candidates are eligible for clerk posts in SBI bank.

    So,you can apply for clerk posts in SBI based on intermediate.For better job in banking sector complete your graduation and apply for different positions in banking sector.

To crack this exam you must have sound knowledge in aptitude. You will be shortlisted for personal interview if you pass this exam. For other details pl visit www.ibps.in. . . . .

    Rest SBI and its associate banks career in banks starts after completing graduation.

    Sbi group give chance to those candidates also who have passed 12th class with minimum 60%.

    55% is for SC/ST candidates.

    Age limit is 18 to 28 years.

    Age limit for OBC is 18-31 years.

    Age limit for SC/ST is 18-33 years.

    You have to cross these two steps:

    1. Written exam of Objective patter containing 5 sections each of 40 questions:

    i. Reasoning ability.

    ii. Numerical aptitute.

    iii. English comprehencion.

    iv. General Awareness.

    v. Computer and marketing.

    2. Personal Interview: 35 marks.

    Hello friend

    for bank job you are qualified with 60% and 18 years age .

    But if any other body applied with good qualification than you then your job can be in danger.

    You can get job in bank.

    For this you have to give banking test.

    In banking test main they see your language g.k c.s

    there will be questions of reasoning and aptitude.

    If you want to apply for jobs in Banks that to in Government banks than after passing class 12th you would only be eligible to apply for the SBI CLerks post

    Educational Qualifications for the SBI Clerical exams is 12th Pass with Minimum 60% marks or Graduation Pass

    Age- Minimum 18 years
    Maximum 28 years
    OBC candidates gets 3 years age relaxations
    SC/ST candidates gets 5 years age relaxations.

    In the SBI Clerical Written tests questins will be asked from Sections:
    >> Reasoning Ability
    >> Marketing Aptitude/Computer Knowledge
    >> General Awareness
    >> Quantitative Aptitude
    >> General Awareness

    For rest of the Government banks you have to complete your graduation and than apply for the Clerks posts and also the PO posts

    Hello,
    Firstly you must have any Degree from any certified college.

    Bank job posts
    are conducted through the IBPS entrance exam or the separate entrance exam by own banks.

    Selection process for Defense services like Indian army, Indian navy, Airforce etc for these posts you have to write the followings entrance exam:
    CDS entrance exam conducted by the UPSC
    SSC entrance exam
    AFCET entrance exam
    CBI or CID officer through the entrance exam under the UPSC.

    Dear friend after completing your 12th you can apply for the Banking written exam and after clearing these exams on the basis of cut off list you can selected for the job...
    You can also apply for the IBPS exam but for that you should be a graduated holder , after appearing in IBPS exam you can apply for the govt. sector banking jobs...

    • You need to apply for the Banking clerk examination which is conducted by SBI for his own bank and other associates bank.
    • For it, you need to have completed the 12th in any stream with having minimum 60% marks from an recognised board.
    • If you are the students from reserved category then only 55% marks is required.
    • You must have attained the age of 18 years for it and it should not be more than 28 years.
    • You will be provided age relaxations in the upper age limit if you are from reserved category.

    1)You are not eligible in the IBPS examination. Because the IBPS will conducted in the online examination.

    2)The minimum qualification for IBPS examination is Any graduation.

    3)But you are eligible in The SBI clerks jobs.

    4)The age limit for these SBI clerks is 18-28 years.

    5)The syllabus for this SBI clerks is

    1)Quantitative Aptitude

    2)Reasoning

    3)General Awareness

    4)Computer Awareness

    5)Marketing Aptitude

    6)For each wrong answer there is a penalty.

    7)Total marks 200. each section contains 40 questions

    Dear student your statement shows you are non mad student secured 60% in 12th now you like to build a career in banking.As you are 18 years old then you are not eligible for IBPS because you did not full fill minimum eligibility of IBPS.

    You have mentioned you like to build career in banking, then well you complete your Graduation First from the recognized University having at least 60% marks in Graduation.This will enable you to sit for the IBPS as well
    SBI PO examination.Both SBI & IBPS conduct CWE Po exam at all India level for PO candidate.

    If you can join as PO then complete CAIIB Part (i) Part(II) for greater career in your banking line.
