i complet B.F.A (fine art) can i plz suggest me to join for job in railway department..

simply go the naukri monster or fresherswold or just google railway jobs in the google and get the relecant jobs according to the eligiblty criteria of urself .....

To apply for the railway jobs you will have to prepare for the exams for various posts.
You should get the syllabus for the exam for the particular post from the website.

Apply for the jobs of your interest for which you are eligible.
The exams are conducted by the RRBs.
It conducts exam for various posts in railways.

since you are a graduate student so based on graduate qualification you can apply for the jobs in indian railway.

Fr that you have to give rrb exam conducted by the upsc for various post.

The notification for the post and exam appear in employment newspaper and also in official website of the rrb

You can join in Railway Department, this is very good though.

For these you give entrance test of Railway. If you clear these test then you give small interview.

Then you get good jobs in Railway Department.

As you have completed your degree graduation in fine arts, you can only apply to the non technical jobs available in the Indian Railway. Non technical jobs require a specific criteria in exams.
