    Dear Friend,
A single year of gap in studies is not a mass problem to find a job because maximum permissible year gap in case of most of the companies is two years. So one year is not a problem.

In addition to that, if your age is not so high, don't worried if you have a year of gap in your studies.

Because this is not a matter to find a good job if your other criteria like academic qualification, age restriction, citizenship etc. is perfect.

No it is not so bad for you that you had a one year gap in your studies or academic record and you can apply for various government and private jobs which are available in India and you should know that every department required knowledge and proficiency in your specialization subject with good aptitude and if you have good percentage marks in your academic record about 60-75% marks then you may easily get job in any sector and you should increase your knowledge and develop your other skills and you will get the profit of your knowledge.

    All the best
