Can i get good NIT with 95 score in GATE 2011? Can i utilize this score for further studies in countries like Singapore?

I got a percentile of 97 in GATE 2010 and 95 in GATE 2011.....

Given that i wont get IIT and good NIT please guide me with other options available for me in utilizing this score for higher studies in countries like especially singapore or for getting jobs in public sector companies!!
