Sorry to say, You can't apply the Bank clerk exam. Because, your Qualification is mismatch in this job criteria.
Criteria for Bank clerk
1)12th pass with 60% marks.
2) Should be graduate.
3) Age limit 18 to 28 years(SC/ST get 5 years,OBC get 3 years & PH get 10 years age relaxation)

well as per the minimum eligiblity criteria one need to hav atleast 60% marks in graduation.. 45% is comparatively very very low moreover even in reservation seats the possiblity with this % is actually low.. so as per my knowledge you cant.. sorry
