No you can not apply for the post of programmer in ONGC.Engineering graduates are eligible for the post and for non engineering streams,MCA and M.Sc Computer Science are eligible. As you are B.Sc in Computer Science, you need to complete your post graduation to apply for the post of programmer. You can check the advertisement and you can see clearly the eligibility written there.

    Hello,

The B.Sc. graduates are not eligible for the programmer post in ONGC.
You can apply for this post after doing your post graduation in MCA or M.Sc whichever suits you
    the most.
You can try in other govt jobs like in Banking sector.

    HI.......
It's sorry to say that you can not apply for the post of programmer in ONGC because only Engineering graduate can apply for the post of programming and also Post graduate in MCA of M.SC for computer science can apply for the same post.
As you are a B.Sc gradute you can not apply for the same post. Sorry................
But you can apply for some other government sector. And if you desperate to get a job in ONGC as programmer then you have to go for the Post graduation MCA or M.Sc in computer science, and then wait for the notification to be issued by ONGC.

    Good luck

    hello

sorry but you cannot apply for ONGC because it requires engineering graduate either in mechanical , techanical,

    electronics, telecommunications ,computers.

so ifyou want to join ONGC then you should go for further studies like MCA or MSC .

After MCA , you can apply for programming and if you do MBA then you can apply for Finance & Accounts there.

If you are interested in this ONGC then do as we are suggesting .

    thank you

If you have completed your B.TECH. in any stream(preferred : computer science , information technology ) or MCA or Msc in computer science
you can apply for ONGC for the post programmer .
You have to go through a selective process :

    1. written test
    2. interview

also you should have 60% till graduation .
must be with in 25 years old . for OBC and SC/ST 5 years age relaxation will be there .

    So all the best :)
