Can i apply foor IES exam with BE (E&C) qualification? How much percentage is required for appearing in IES?

i am studying in final year B.E. with electronics & communication engineering branch so can i apply for IES(indian engineering services) exam as IES includes electronics & telecommunication engg. branch...please help. And also tell me about other government jobs in railways,banking,airforce, army & other central govt. jobs according to my qualification as under-: B.E.-68.09%(till 6th sem as i am in final year now) 12th-71.4% (PCM) 10th-86%

You can apply for IES.The eligibility for IES is that candidates should have Engineering degree in any stream.There is no specific stream for eligibility.The exam papers are fixed and you can select any 1 of the 4 papers-Civil,Mechanical,Electrical,Electronics and Telecommunications engineering.
Any student with B.E/B.Tech or equivalent degree can apply for IES exam.
The age limit is 21-30years for IES exam.One can apply in Final year or after passing out.You can get previous year papers in the website of UPSC at www.upsc.gov.in
