Yes definitely there are vacancies for female B.Tech graduates..You can get the notifications near around December and June of every year in employment news.You can also visit the website of joinindianarmy.nic.in for better details.You can also get into Airforce or Navy as these provides better and more vacancies for female candidates..All the best.
There are many option for the Girls in Indian Army after B.tech Graduation and so on.
Short Service Commission For Women (Officers)
This test is generally for men and woman both, so a girl candidate can apply for this. Women Officers Receive training at OTA, Chennai.
After Completion of the training from Chennai a candidate can get these posts such as:-
► Troop Commander, Royal, Signals, IT & Communications
► Gunner Operator
► Royal Military Policewoman
► Military Clerk
► Military Administrator

dear you can apply for short service commission in defense,,, you can apply in special recruitment drive for women.....
this year it has been completed.... you have to wait for this year end for the course to be start in next year first half...

For the post , the candidate's age should be between 19-31 years
The candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% in B.tech
Please note that , for the Techncial posts , your Height and Weight will not considered much .
