There are numerous jobs available for an Electronics engineering. The only thing is you should keep an eye on the various government recruitment notices.
Indian Engineering Service (IES) Examination: Union Public Service Commission conducts competitive Engineering Services Examination in June every year.
By clearing this exam, you will get an opportunity to get placed in different govt. firms.
The eligibility for applying is that, you should have-
~completed your engineering
~age limit -20 -30 years
Apart from IES there are also Engineering Jobs in PSUs (Public Sector Undertaking) which conduct exams every year to recruit engineers through GATE or independent exams in the units all over India and world branches like NTPC, BEL, BHEL, PDIL, SAIL, BEML, BARC etc.
hello

CE
AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING
NANO TECHNOLOGY
AUTOMOBILES
ROBOTICS
CHEMICAL
TEXTILES
AND MANY MORE....
AS ECE IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT......
there is great scope of this branch in upcoming years....
as the jobs are available in the various telecom companies... like
BSNL
MTNL
AIRTEL
VODAFONE
TATA

AND MANY MORE .....
THANKS...
Dear friend here are so many streams in Engineering which has so many scopes...
Some streams have scope in India and some have also scope in Foreigner or abroad cities...
But in my opinion Mechanical Engineering is one of the best Engineering stream and
it is a Evergreen Engineering stream which has so many scope in present time and also in future time...
And Civil Engineering is the another one very good stream because now a time there are
so many increasing in construction work so therefor the demands of the civil Engineers will also increased
so it is also one of the best stream of engineering..In addition of this the IT stream has
so many scope in abroad companies because there have so much need of IT candidates...
And in addition of this there are also some other developing streams like Agriculture Engineering , Aeronautical Engineering , Chemical Engineering , Textile Engineering , or etc....
They have also the rising streams which have so many scope in Indian Companies....
And you want to know about ECE branch than i told you that is also a good stream , after sucessful completion of your ECE you can apply in companies like:
Phillips
Anchor
PSPCL
Surya
Luminious
or etc.....Thank you
Dear Guest,

You shall be happy to see that your chosen branch figures at #2. I hope this cheers you up.
my dear friend in the engineering every branch has its own importance . We
can, tsay a proper branch has its own importance . As eee, ece, civil for us .
as the software has its own properties ,civil, mechanical so every branch is
importance in itself .but you have to choose that in which you are most
interested .
as now the civil ,mechanical ,ee, aeronautical , chemical ,petroleum are the
main branches has the good scope
in the civil engineer you can join any company as the designer of roads,
buildings ,multipurpose building,
tunnels etc. Also in the govt. Jobs you can join as j.e. And s.d.o.in your
department.
in mechanical engineering you can join in railway as loco pilot in any company
as automobile engineer
in petroleum and chemical you can join as petroleum refining engineer better
eee, ece, civil
in the aeronautical engineering you can join m.n.c. The boing and airbus as
maintenance and developer engineer

As far as ECE is concerned , almost all colleges offer that degree and at the end of 4 years when you graduate there will be a huge number of Ece graduates out there to compete against you. Frankly speaking there is no sufficient jobs as compared to the number of graduates. Its very difficult for ece engineers to get a core field and most of them end up in the IT sector. Even the competition in GATE exams is huge owing to the great numbers. Keeping this in mind we can infer that in the future the industries will not be having any difficulty in finding ece engineers and the demand is not going to rise for a while. This branch is a good option if you are able to prove yourselves unique with good cgpa and a good extracurriculer academic records like additional courses, paper presentations etc.
If you are so interested in the department go for it and be careful since it is not a 'bad' stream at all.
But if you want to assure your career safety then evergreen streams like mech and EEE will help you in yielding good jobs in the future since the demand for these engineers has not been decreased for a while. Moreover EEE and ECE also share some of their subjects like electronics,DSP,Mathematics, communication basics etc but EEE is more core oriented.
But if you manage to get into a good college like IIT,NIT or Anna UNiv, PSG etc n matter what you select your degree will be highly valued.
Govt jobs with the best salary are offered by PSUs and once again Mech and EEE has the highest job openings in companies like BHEL,BEL,IOCL,NTPC,Powergrid,CONCOR etc.
For these you need to have an exceptional score in the gate exams.
hi
it is advisable that if you have the interest in the electronics and communication engineering, then you should go on for this branch. But if you does not have any interest in this branch, and with that respect if you are asking, then I would like to tell you that going for the core branches of engineering is a good choice, because the possibilities of getting a job in these branches are more as compared to the ECE branch.
The core branches of engineering are
Mechanical, civil and electrical
