    You have not given Your College Name,If you have given Name of your college then it will be helpfull for giving you more information.
    >If your college is jointed GTU(Gujarat Technological University) then you can see 3rd year syllabus on GTU Official website.
    >After seen syllabus,what is included topics in syllabus,as topics one can Refer Perticular Book for Topics,Every University have own different syllabus as per Semester.So As syllabus you should read perticular book for Topics,you can ask professor that what book should you refer for topics or also you can ask seniors of your engineering line.
    *Indian Engineering Service is Devided in Two Stages :
    1.Written Examination
    2.Interview
    *Written Examination is Devided in two Sections as given Below :
    >Section I : Objective types questions
    >Section II : Conventional (essay) type questions.
    *Interview For Personality Test is of 200 Marks.
