    Dear Guest,

B.Sc and BCA are both good courses by themselves. B.Sc is a regular UG course whereas BCA is a professional degree course. In the case of BCA, as the definition itself says, Professional Degree Course, it offers more employment opportunities than B.Sc.

As you have not yet chosen or told me the subjects you intend to take up in B.Sc, it is difficult for me to tell you what kind of jobs you could get. However, in the case of BCA, there are several options. Some of these are as listed below :

    Software
    Hardware
    Tech Dept. in BPO/KPO
    Software Tester
    Web Designing
    Web Deployment
    SEO

However, if you later decide to complement BCA with MCA, the above choices would quadruple both in terms of areas of operation and salary package offered. So, choose carefully and all the best.

Both B.Sc and BCA has their own importance in their respective fields....

But at present time most of the people are opting the BCA because its a professional course and the job opportunity is more after doing the BCA

    comparing to the B.Sc.....

After completing the BCA you can easily get the job in IT sectors...

There are so many MNCs which are offering jobs to the BCA graduate student...

But after completing the B.Sc also you can get the job in private and government sector depending upon your subject in B.Sc...

After doing any one of the above courses you will have a chance to appear for the UPSC exam...

You can apply for the Bank and railway jobs also..

Completing the Master degree in the respective field adds extra benefit to your carrier..
