If i have been elected in hcl company in campus recruitment, what is the annual salary package offered?

HCL is coming to our college and am deciding to appear infront so help me.

Before the placement process,there will be a PPT i.e. Pre Placement Talk.There you will be briefed about the company terms,test procedures,posting as well as salary.Even if you they does not tell by chance,feel free to ask them about pay package.Pay scale varies from college to college for every company.If you are from a govt college you can expect nearly 3.5-4 lpa.If you are from private instituite,expect somewhat less and that also depends on the region of your posting.My sister got placd in HCL last year from State govt college and she got a package of 3.7lpa whereas her own friends from other college got lesser than 3lpa.This is common for all companies and for all sectors.So you better ask in the ppt

The salary package pay by the the HCL technologies for The Developer / Software engineer / Programmer engineers are SALARY :-302,263 - Rs. 713,703

Dear Friend, As you know there are three important rounds which you have to follow for the campus placement for HCL which as follows..

-> Aptitude Test.
-> Technical Interview.
-> HR Interview.

The aptitude test pattern which was followed in the previous HCL aptitude test as follows hope it will be the same..

-> Verbal - 25 questions in 25 minutes.
-> Quantitative - 25 questions in 35 minutes.

Before answering your question I would like to suggest you, do not see salary package initially if you are a fresher, try to get entry first no matter what would be the salary, first learn and then earn
Now coming back to your question HCL have different verticals for which they recruit candidates from the campuses in India, and the salary package is also depend on which vertical they are recruiting.
Getting recruited through campus is always beneficial in terms of salary as one get more salary in On campus placement with comparison to off campus.
Generally for Associate level engineers HCL gives 3 to 4.5 lpa.

See a company offers the package to an applicant according to his or her abilities. like last year a student of Rajasthan board being a fresher was offered an annual package of 1crore and 37 lakh on the basis of his potential, so before taking your interview the recruiter himself does not know what he is going to offer you as your package because he is not aware of the potential in you. so don't worry of the package , if you have the potential in you ,you will be offered much more than what you could expect. but in general the average package offered by HCL lies between 2.5 lakh to 4 lakh

Dear friend it is difficult to say as it very form collage to collage. But genrally it is

3 to 3.5 lac/anum for the private collage students
and
3.35 to 4 lac/anum for government collage students.

so you will get in btween these according to your collage.

Also a process called PPT(Pre Placement Talk) is conducted before the recruitment process. so they may give information about the package they are going to offer and also you can ask them if they don't.

Annual Salary Package depends on college grade


If a college grade is good then the college will get the highest among all freshers which are selected through campus recruitment


Overall for a B.ECH STUDEMT SALARY is Software Engineer : Rs 3.50 - 4 lakh per annum.

HCL is a reputed IT company which will give you a good salary but that depends upon your post.

If you have done BCA/B.Sc IT or simple graduation then you will not get a very good salary at your starting stage,your
salary will increase according to your work experience.

If you do B.Tech/MCA/M.SC IT or any other master degree then you can get a very good salary.

To apply for a job in HCl you have to fulfill their eligibility criteria.
60% in your 10th,
60% in your 12th and
60% in your graduation degree.
You should not have more then 1 year gap between studies.
You should not have any current backlogs.
