1)Should have minimum 50% in 10th
2)Should have minimum 50% in 12th
3)Should have minimum 60% in B.tech

Not only for TCS,Wipro for all MNCs you are not eligible for MNCs

It is better search for IT jobs in other MNCs where percentage is not a matter but good technical knowledge is important.

dear, I m sorry to say but you are not eligible in TCS,Wipro and Infosys with 49% marks.Because these are the giant Multinational IT companies and you doesn't fit in the criteria of these companies.
These companies take the candidates with 60% allover in your academics(10th,12th and Btech).Below this percentage they doesn't allow even for interview.49% is very low score in the Btech.This will create problem for you in professional world.So If you want a job in IT world I will suggest you to do a specialization course in any programming language or database technology or Hardware and Networking.
1.Programming Technology:Currently .Net,Java,and PHP is being used by professionals.
2.Database Technology:Oracle,Sybase,SQL server,DB2 etc..
3.Hardware and Networking:CCNA,CCNP,MCSE,RHCE etc..
You can do preparation for government jobs also like in Banking sector,railways etc..

Normally the academic criteria will have a slight variation in between different companies regarding the campus placement offers. TCS,Infosys,Wipro etc are the top level companies and there academic criteria is somewhat the same. It lies between 60% and 65%. Sorry to say that you can't directly apply for these companies.

As of now, you can join some small companies and after gaining enough experience , you can apply for good companies later giving emphasis to experience. Then also, 49% maybe a problem in some top level companies.

Sorry friend you can't apply to any of the good IT companies like TCS,Wipro or Infosys.
You can get a job in some small software companies with a less salary at your starting stage.

To apply for any of the good IT companies :-

1.You should have 60% in your 10th,12th and graduation degree.
2.You should not have any backlogs.
3.You should not have more then 1 year gap between studies.
4.You should have good aptitude knowledge.
5.You should have good communication skill.

You should have these qualities fulfilled to apply to the top level IT companies.

You can apply for TCS,Wipro or Infosys as your percentage is not 50% also.
If your percentage would be 50% then you could have got a job in Wipro but not with 49%.

But you should not have to worry. You should focus on Joining small firms earlier and then after gaining experience you may apply to these firms also.

No education gape for more than 2 year.

wipro ask for 50% in 10th and 12th but still you are not eligible for that because you have 49% .

so you are not eligible get a job in good companies.

All the 3 companies that you asked about, have a minimum marks criteria of 60% or above in your 10th, 12th and B.Tech. So if you want to get into these companies through collage campus, its not possible. But don't lose hope. You can certainly apply for these companies via off campus. You need to b very sound technically so as to crack the interview. Have good knowledge about C, C++, Oracle, Data structure, Java.

1.you should have minimum 60% aggregate till the previous semester.
2.you should have scored minimum 70% marks in 12th and 10th.
3.you should not have any back logs at the time of placement.
4.you should not have any year-gap in graduation.

The eligibility criterion for Wipro is given below

1)Minimum 50% of marks are required in X and XII th

2)60% in graduation.

The eligibility criterion for Infosys is given below

1)you should be passed the academic year with atleast 65% marks from any discipline.
