If you don't have any active back log and not more that 2 years of gap between 12th and Engineering then you are eligible for TCS recruitment.

For most of these companies, you need to get minimum 60% throughout your academic career and you should not have any existing back logs.

The selection process will have two stages:

    >> written test (English, Aptitude)

    >> Interview (programming, HR)

So, you need to have good communication skills, good at maths and basic knowledge of programming languages to get selected in TCS or any other similar IT companies.

TCS follow the following eligibility criterion for recruitment-

    >you should have scored minimum 60% marks in 12th and 10th.
    >you should have minimum 60% aggregate till the previous semester.
    >you should not have any live back logs at the time of placement.

as you have mentioned that your CGPA score is 6.35 , so you should first convert it into equivalent percentage , and then see that if you are above 60 % or not to be eligible.
there are everal ways to convert CGPA into equivalent percentage-
    1.(CGPA - 0.75)X 10
    2.CGPA X 9.5
    3.CGPA X 10.

so you should see what conversion technique your institutes follows, and then calculate accordingly.

    good luck
