    Hi

    Eligibility criteria of TCS recruitment:-

1)Candidate should secure minimum of 60% in the total academics i,e, in 10th,12th,graduation and in post graduation(if any)

2)Candidate should pass in first attempt only in the academics.

    3)No backlogs are allowed

4)Maximum two years gap in the academics is allowed

So,according to above eligibility criteria your not eligible for TCS as you have more than 2 years gap in the academics

Friend, 3 years gap is too much. I think you will be eligible to fill up the application but you will be definitely asked about this gap in the interview. If you had any medical reason or any genuine one, then i don't think, it will come in the way of getting the job.

    *all d best*
