    Am i eligible for ICWA course after completing B.Com from DU (SOL)?

    Respected sir,
    i was complete b.com from D.U.(sol) so can explain me that i am eligible for icwa course or not?
    b'coz in graduation i got less then 5o%.

    YES, you are eligible to apply for the ICWAI course.

    ICWAI course is conducted in 3 stages

    Since you have completed your graduation, so you can get direct admission in the Intermediate level of the ICWAI course.
    Fees for this stage is Rs 19700

    In the ICWAI Intermediate Course you have to study the below papers

    Paper 1 : Financial Accounting
    Paper 2 : Laws, Ethics and Governance
    Paper 3 : Direct Taxation
    Paper 4 : Cost Accounting and Financial Management
    Paper 5 : Operation Management & Information System
    Paper 6: Cost and Management Accountancy
    Paper 7: Indirect Taxation
    Paper 8 : Company Accounts and Audit

    For admissions to the ICWAI course you have to buy the Prospectus from the ICWAI office

    • Cost and work accountant (CWA) course is an professional course which is conducted by the institute of cost accountant of India (ICoAI).
    • This has total three stages which are foundation, intermediate and at last Final.
    • Since you have completed the graduation, you will get exemption from the foundation and direct entrance into the intermediate.
    • It has total 2 groups of 4 papers of 100 marks each.
    • For passing in it, you need to have 40% marks in each paper and aggregate marks of 50%.

    The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants Of India is one of the best institutions for the field of Accountancy of Cost and Management in India.

    To complete the course ,you should complete three stages of the entire course:

    1:Foundation Course
    2:Intermediate Course
    3:Final Course

    1)You should pass out 10+2 exam then you can apply for the foundation course and then you can join the Intermediate course after qualifying the Foundation Course examination.

    2)If you are awaiting for the result of 10+2 examination ,you are also permitted to appear in the Foundation Course examination.

    3)If you are also awaiting for the result of Graduation examination ,you are permitted for the provisional registration.

    4)your age should be 17 years.

    Fees of Foundation Course:

    1:Prospectus Cost:Rs. 200/-

    2:Postal Tuition Fee:Rs. 3500/-(including study material)

    3:Oral Coaching Fee:Rs. 3500/-(including study material)

    Fees Structure for the Intermediate Course:

    ICWAI stands for Institution of Cost & Works Accountants of India


    Minimum 2 Years
    Maximum 5 years

    ICWAI Final passed candidate can complete the course in one year.

    Eligibility for Admission:

    (i) You should have any graduate in any discipline from a recognized University


    ii) If you have already passed the ICWAI Final Course ,then you shall also be eligible for admission.

    The 4 Courses are:

    1. Organization Theory and Behaviour

    2. Research Methodology and Statistical Analysis

    3. International Business Environment or Business Environment

    4. International Marketing Management or Marketing Management
