Am i eligible for HCL,Mahindra Satyam on campus with 65.14% aggregate and 1 backlog pending?

I am Vineel Srikar currently pursuing 4'th B.Tech., Electronics and Communications Engg at Pragati Engineering College. I got 85.17% in 10'th, 93.50% in Intermediate (MPC), and now in B.Tech., up to third year second semester (3-2) I have an aggregate of 65.14% and only one backlog pending from 3-2 sem, and it is management science. so now am i eligibe for the following companies if they conduct an on campus recruitment drive in our college this december: HCL, Mahindra Satyam, Infotech, Infosys?

dear aspirant

you have very good marks in your academic carrier, but having a backlog in your 3rd year 2nd sem, but don't worry about it, only requirement is clear the backlog in the 4th year ,because most of the companies has recruitment policies as :

must be graduate from a recognized university

must have scored 60%/65% throughout

must not have any pending backlog

gap year should not be more than 2 year

must have a good communication skill

must have command on subjects

so the pending backlog is about after 4th year, there should not be any pending backlog after 4th year, so clear your back log before completion of your graduation,
