Hello Friend,

No, it won't be a good option to pursue Msc(Computer Science) after BCA. where MCA is the most preferable than Msc
As, MCA course Duration will be 3 years and Msc Duration will be off 2 years. But, you're from BCA Course so, it will good if you to take MCA course rather than opting for Science course.
Msc had great scope but regarding Computers it will be nothing. As, Computer aspirant you want to go with MCA where most of IT sector Companies will prefer for MCA aspirants over Msc.
On successful Completion of 3 year MCA course you will be Eligible to get placed into many top IT and MNC firms like:
IBM India
TCS
Infosys
Wipro
Satyam
HP
Microsoft
Cognizant etc......,
Being, Master at Computer Applications you can make your Career profile as System Analyst, Software Developer, Data base Administrator, Project Manager etc.......,
Apart from IT sector you can also had good opportunities over Government sectors like:
Railway Departments
Banking/finance sectors
Civil services
Defense sectors etc.....,
If you're Currently Pursuing Msc(Computer Science), then go ahead with it but, I suggest you to gain Good Knowledge about Programming Languages with excellent skills. If not you're going to face very tough situations.
I recommend you to do any Certification Courses in Computers which will add boost to your Educational background to attain job quickly. I suggest to go with SAP course or JAVA course.
Hope you got it, Thank you.....................
