According to "THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES, PROTECTION OF RIGHTS AND FULL PARTICIPATION) ACT, 1995", there is a 3% reservation of seats for the physically handicapped (including deafness), in all govt. undertakings.

However, this reservation does not bind the private sector. Still, there are many companies that have a number of positions that are offered to the physically handicapped. Some of these are :

Hero Industries
Titan
IBM
MphasiS
Taj Group of Hotels

Apart from this, there is portal coming up that dedicates itself to listing jobs for the physically challenged. The site is presently under construction, but shall be available soon at http://www.jobsforphysicallychallenged.com/ .
