A minimum of 60% is required to get good engineering job. 65 % is the minimum academics required for getting a job in public sector companies. Electronics and communication is a good branch with no.of opportunities in electronic field itself. BHEL, BEL etc are some of the top level electronic core companies.

As you have less than 60%, you can do some specialization course like VLSI or embedded systems to increase your job chances. Otherwise you can join some small companies and gain experience in your core field.

You can apply to companies like:

    >> HCL Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
    A-11, Sector 16,
    NOIDA - 01.
    Tel : 0118510736.

    >> CG-CoreEl Logic Systems Ltd.
    Surya Bhavan,
    1181, Fergusson College Road,
    PUNE - 05.
    Tel : 0205538074
    http://www.cgcoreel.com/

    >> Semiconductors India Pvt. Ltd.
    Sharada Towers, 1st Floor,
    Nandidurga Road,
    Benson Town,
    BANGALORE - 46.

Dear friend you have less marks in your degree you have getting less than 60% marks in your degree....Generally the companies required the candidate who have passed his degree with above than 60% marks , so you have less chances to getting job in good companies...
But if you take part in any civil service exam and perform well in that exam than you have some chances to getting good sector jobs.........thank you and ALL THE BEST

    Hi......
Dear friend you can surely apply in SJVNL which is a public sector company and ask for 55% in Gen category.
And if you are a SC/ ST candidate then you can apply for some of the PSU's like NTPC, SAIL, ECIL, HPCL, MTNL,BPCL and DMRC because these PSU's ask for either 50% or 55% from SC/ST student.

Also dear you can also apply in some of the private companies that ask for less %. These are some of the small scale companies. So dear friend go for job either in these companies or some of the small scale companies.

    good luck

    hello friends

after degree you can have the following options

    1. jobs in private sectors
    2. jobs in government sectors

    1. jobs in private sectors

you can get jobs easily in private companies but you should qualify all the rounds conducted by the companies. Though some companies ask for the minimum 60% mark in the graduation but most of the companies allow the candidate to appear for the written test. If you do better in written test followed by group discussion and technical round you will be selected.

    2. job in government sector

friend you have number of opening in government sector like Indian railway, defense, banking. but of these some sectors ask for the minimum 60% mark so there you are not eligible but you can see the eligibility criteria before apply.

so dont worry still you have job option in both the sectors

following are the some private companies where you can upload your resume
